They did not ship the Pop Mart box inside another box to protect it. So the box was crushed and damaged when delivered by USPS. It also appears they previously opened it from the bottom and then re-taped the bottom. So clearly not as described in their ad. Their ad says, "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item (including handmade items).
