    Perfect budget wide angle

    Nicely made wide angle for Nikon 1. I use it on an S1. Took it to the beach and had a blast. Sand was easy to clean off the front elements. Images came out sharp, it was very helpful to have the extra range of 2.8. I love the feel of 28mm. If you love wide angles and don't want to fiddle with the kit lens, try this.

    pancake lens that I wanted so OK

    Everything works well but wears and tears are very visible (lens and mount perfect). So it works and does the job but I was quite surprise to find quite numerous dents and marks in the body. but again no complaint just hopping that there will be issue in the future. Total fees and shipping cost is about 12% of the price.

    Good Prime lens for Nikon 1 series

    Small light prime lens for the Nikon 1. Better for low light OR fast action photography than the kit zoom lens. But in good light the zoom is more useful like outdoors sunny day photo shoots. Only game in town for the Nikon 1 system so get it a good price when you can

    Exceeds expatiations!

    I was wondering how sharp this lens would be as I am new to the Nikon 1 system. The sharpness exceeds my highest expiations. It is strikingly sharp! Very well made with a solid feel of quality. I am using the lens more than I thought I would when purchasing the 10mm as I often leave it on as a “normal,” lens knowing I will amaze people when they view the images the Nikon 1 produces with this lens. It is remarkable!
