The inside plastic bag contained two dried root crowns, with no sign of growth, in a dry bed of peat moss. I immediately planted the brown crowns in rich potted compost., hoping for the best. After watering and caring for the plants nearly a week, I reached out to notify the shipper of my disappointing situation and they made it right with a full refund. Easy to Grow turn a bad situation around and kept me happy!
