    Horrible experience. Item came opened and damaged from extremely poor packaging. The clay mask completely exploded. I asked for a refund immediately so I could purchase elsewhere. They insisted that I send the item back which was fine, but i sent 4 pictures as proof of the damaged item and explained that I wanted my money back immediately. I also explained that I did not have a working printer for the label and needed it sent in the mail. They failed to send it and emailed the label instead.
