So I looked up his other auction items, turns out they are all from Home Depot. He just marks up the price (between 2 and 20+ dollars depending on item) and then has Home Depot ship it to you for free while he keeps his mark up price. It certainly isn’t illegal, but you could just get same item from Home Depot for less. Kinda sketchy practice…
