    As first time user insraller. more instructions on the printer driver should be provided. You get that instruction by pressing the I key and then it prints . make it bold high line. Works fast . excellent price. Free shipping . no complaints. Thank u.

    The scan feature is not easy to use. It only wants to save them to a photo file, which is not good for documents. Set up very easy and the price was great. you get what you paid for....

    My HP experinces

    I have been using a computer for close to 30 years. I have never used any type of printer but HP. I find HP to be a reliable firm. I once had a HP laptop and had a problem with it, they exchanges the laptop at no expense.. My problem with printers, is I don't use as much as more, and the ink dries out and clogs the system..

    perfect deal for the perfect price

    It truly is easy to set up. I used to have to go to Office Depot or somewhere similar to send documents, with the scanner feature it is amazing. It prints both great on paper documents and picture documents. I would most definitely recommend this product to anyone not in big business, but need occasional or everyday things printed. I used it for my college papers and it is great. The price, well you just can't beat it and it comes with two cartridges of ink and I have had 2 sent to me since I got the printer only about a month ago.

    Good printer for the cost

    Can't go wrong for 30 bucks right? It does what I need it to do, though the setup instructions were a little hard to find on the HP webpage. Once I dug around a little and used the automatic chat, I found them easy enough. Set up is quick and easy. Pop in the ink cartridges, add paper, install program, done. I also trust hp as a good brand, so hopefully they won't let me download with something that dies in a month. Really good, 5 stars.
