    I did a counter offer and also had to put in my shipping address. Shipping charges immediately changed to a higher amount and okay, that was fine. I was automatically charged and now the seller is questioning me as she is saying that is not the address she accepted the offer from. All I know is when I came back with a counter offer it wanted shipping address, I once again put it in, it charged shipping at a noticeably higher rate, my PayPal was charged. I sent copy of my receipt with addr.

    Be very careful with this buyer. When she sends an offer she uses a different shipping location to get cheaper shipping and then when you accept her offer and go to print her shipping label, she has changed her address so her shipping costs are higher and YOU the seller have to eat that cost! She is tricky and threatens negative feedback if you cancel the order. I canceled the order and reported her and her feedback extortion. Very sneaky behavior.
