That being said I contacted the seller and they issued a refund. They are located way upstate New York and USPS sends the package to Massachusetts before heading west. Would recommend their expedited service option if you live west of New York state. USPS forgot to scan the package so there was no movement for 2 days but thankfully they scanned it when it arrived in Massachusetts. Thanks!

It did come as described, but had a new ribbon. I think the value of this item was little pricy, I would lower the price but I tink the free shipping makes up for the price! Also, it was right fit, and I had to bend the ribbon to get it to fit in place!
