Original packaging (case) and contents were in excellent condition although UPS had really beaten it up during shipping. Marker turned on and works great. I really appreciate that even as a used marker, it came with a complete spare parts kit so that I can keep the marker maintained for the foreseeable future before needing to buy parts.
