I asked him to send a photo of the damaged product and he agreed. Not only did he fail to send any evidence, he then insulted me saying "it's only $28" and "I should take his word for it." He then claimed to be a 20 year member of ebay while his profile shows he joined in 2021. This guy was a major pain and unless you want a ding on your ebay record, I would avoid him like the plague.
