This was going to be my forever mouthpiece and I purchased it based on my other 3C models, but it is not the same. Particular the inner rim edge "bite" is much softer and doesn't give the grip. Why no returns when if you buy it on their website, they take returns. Something funny is going on around here. Long time customer no longer.
