The monitor has a tendency to 'tilt' until the final screw is put in the top, locking the 2 pieces together. Seems fine now, my 24" monitor is staying in place - no sagging. Arrived very quickly. Basic plastic bag for shipping, relying on the cardboard box of the mounts to keep them safe.

However, I had to drive 16 miles round trip to GO BUY THE CORRECT SIZE SCREWS that attach the thing to the TV. Apparently the manufacturer assumed that the 4 holes which the mount is screwed to are deeper than what they are and it's not on one or two TV's but many. I ended up buying 4 screws (about 1/5 the length) & 4 lock washers.

I previously ordered these RCA adapters and USPS lost them after they were scanned at the local PO. I sent a message about what happened as a purely informational message as I wasn't too concerned about $10.93 . I ordered a second set and did not want any confusion which is why I sent a message. To my surprise the response was a refund even though it was not his fault. Now that is exceptional!

It works great, very pleased and happy with the purchase. Condition, brand new and made very well. Looks great. The value, excellent, not much difference from buying 1 to 2, so I purchased the 2 pack. Don't really need 2, but one day I may or a friend may need one, for free of course. Packaged very well. Shipped very fast. Excellent ebay seller. Highly recommended. A 5 star+++++.
