    So far so good.

    Haven't really felt any difference. My body builder friend recommended it. My yearly bio mectric physial came up. A normal prostate should be 4.00 at the highest. Mine was 4.06. My buddy said go to the neurologist if you want to. Bye bye erections. So he recommended some prostate exercises. And some v8 and pomegranate juices. Some saw palmetto vitamins, milk thistke which is for liver but whatever. and some raw pumpkin seeds. Can't lie I have many nights I don't wake for a pee cycle weird. Start work at 630 am don't pee until 130pm and no urgency to go then. So far so good.
