      Verified purchase
      I was on the phone with Customer Service three times to straighten out issues with this seller. The set was packaged insufficiently and there were broken pieces. Seller scolded me for contacting eBay regarding this instead of contacting him first. Then Seller demanded that I send back the entire set after I asked if I could keep the parts that were unbroken and just have him send replacement. eBay had a glitch with their shipping label not received by me and Seller refused to believe me.

      As a Company we made the full refund and we also told her to keep all the other products. SHE GOT THE FULL REFUND EVEN THOUGH IT SHOULD BE MADE JUST A PARTIAL REFUND. BU WE MADE FULL REFUND TO HER. WE ALSO TOLD HER TO KEEP ALL THE PRODUCTS. HER PROBLEM SOLVED. SHE KEPT ALL THE PRODUCTS AND ALSO GOT THE FULL REFUND. WE REALL Y HAVING DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IS THIS CUSTOMER TRYING TO DO BY THIS COMMENTS.THIS COMMENT IS NOT RELEVANT AND REALISTIC.
