    I tried to contact seller 2 months before to check if pic is suitable but no reply. Sent best offer but expires, soon as i piad full price i get contact from seller. They need to improve on comms and give preview on over £20 costom item if buyer wants to add or scrap something.

    The caricature was not even 1% close to the people in the photo.I contacted the people and they was rude and accused me.. When i said i wanted to send them that back.. And they reported me to ebay...If people pay 28£ for a caricature, they expect to look at least a little like the people in the photo...
