    This under the tongue dissolvable Melatonin tablet is only 3 mg., so because the daily value is up to 30 mg. you can adjust how much or little you take by the sleepiness level you're feeling.     Reputable Brand.

    I have found that Nature's Bounty seems to work consistently better than most other brands. It's a little more expensive than other comparable brands, but it's worth it.

    These are the best.

    Works really well. My 7 year old has ADHD and struggles to fall asleep. One tablet of Natures Bounty Melatonin and he's ready to go to sleep within 20 minutes. He loves the cherry flavor and that they dissolve quickly in the mouth. I've taken the odd tablet too when I've found it hard to fall asleep. I can feel it working within 15 minutes and know I'll be sleep a short time later.
