I contacted the seller and was told that USPS lost the package. They would ship out another right away. I received a USPS Priority Mail tracking number. 7 days later the item had not been received by USPS. Again I contacted the seller and received no response. USPS received the item 2 days later and it arrived 2 days after that, 3 1/2 weeks after my order

The big twist was that apparently USPS lost the package and, once found, delivered it to me about two or three weeks later! I tried contacting the company again for a return and still no answer. The product looks great and was offered at a great price. It is sitting, unopened, in my front hall if ever they need it back
