They did come bare steel and that was expected, so I needed to move fast and get them ready for primer, which was fairly easy with the most difficult part being removing label adhesive. The product is accurately described and arrived quickly to south Mississippi. With the fenders in-front of me, shipping no longer seems a bit high and is actually lower than I would expect, they are fairly heavy and bulky.
