Handpiece was dented at the front where the chuck key fits the chuck and outer shell was rubbing on the chuck. Any attempt at protective packaging would have prevented this. I ordered a similar item for China on April 3rd; arrived the same day as the above item. Paid $27.23. Handpiece was in a Foredom protective sleeve and that was well packed in a box.
