    He refused to cancel the order after having to repeat serval of times after I told him I accepted the wrong offer in a listing and immediately asked for cancellation of item because I did not want it.. He told me he wasn’t going to get charged and wait till EBay ask him to cancel. I called eBay the rep stated not true he cancel and didn’t have to get eBay permission. He told me he had to wait 4 days. He did not want to cancel at all. I did not like what did seller had done at all. Not right.
