    I LOVE these little ice packs. I use them for different issues. If I can’t go back to sleep during the night, I wrap one in a kitchen towel around one lower leg and it puts me back to sleep quickly 😊.. I have headaches lately and so I wrap one or 2 in wash rags and sleep on them. When I’m up, I wrap one in a kitchen towel, which I wrap around my neck and it cools the back of my head. For my forehead, I use one in a scarf wrapped around my head. Leaves my hands free to do other things .. 🤗

    Perfect size for eyes

    This was just what I need after medical procedure on my eye, I was instructed to use cold compress and this product is perfect. Since you can also use as warm compress is another plus.

    Good product for very short-term relief. Wish the temperature is sustained longer.

    I only use the COLD option and I like the choice between the (colder, blue) front of the disc and the back which is covered in cloth (less cold). But either way the temp decreases faster than I would prefer.

    Source of cold therapy

    The gels radiates cold evenly. I use it under my mask to keep cool. For me, one gel lasts about a half hour. Wish I had a freezer at work so I could get the benefit for eight hours as an ice cooler is not cold enough to keep frozen gels from thawing for use in an eight hour period. Gels tend to start thawing after 4 to 5 hours in the ice cooler.

    Not last long

    Not worth of buying it, it only last for 10 minutes and you have to go get a new one , recommend a better one. Think about walking the the freezer or your microwave every 5-10 min when you are pain!
