Yes they work, yes they hold 500lbs, but the mechanisms that operate these slides are low quality and do not work all that smooth. The directions are practically non existent which for me, the homeowner end user is left quite a bit in the dark. It seems straight forward but some decent instructions or a YouTube link would go a long way...someone please say, "19.5mm -20mm = 3/4"...for this price they should micro stop, push and pull. They work...

I'll buy from them again and recommend the filter too.
