    The device is refurbished in a new housing, when I received the unit it came with a box and charger. The front panel of the replacement housing was already coming off, the adhesive didn’t hold up. The keys double press, specifically the back button. The battery under load cannot deliver enough current to keep the device powered on. Expensive for a halfway refurbished device. The outside housing was new, but aftermarket so overall it felt cheap but looked ok.
