They sent us a much cheaper model brand and when we questioned it they told us it was the Rollin brand we'd ordered but it was "just in a different box" - a complete lie. Thankfully we got the full refund we deserved through an eBay claim, and we bought a genuine model from another seller. We hope this seller learnt their lesson about dishonesty.
