    The product arrived much faster than I anticipated. At first, we had an issue regarding the address line because it was written in Korean but the seller contacted me right away to handle it and it was resolved within a day. I do think that the product I got is an original Disney piece (I scanned the QR code and it directed me to the Disney Japan site) but the quality is not as good as I expected it to be. I think that is a problem with Disney Japan, not the seller.

    The seller is very unprofessional and rude. My order was not received until weeks after the expected arrival date and the seller was no help, just said it takes a long time and to continue waiting. When it finally did get here, I no longer needed it and contacted the seller. She said to ship it back and I would be refunded. Now that I have shipped the item back and notified the seller, she states she will NOT be refunding me even though the item was sent and to stop contacting her. SCAMMER
