The wooden crate it was shipped in had been badly damaged, (probably by Fed Ex.), and except for a crack in a plastic edging piece, arrived in sound condition. However, the instruction booklet was missing, probably due to crate being damaged and taped shut, but seller responded a/s/a/p and forwarded a copy to me. I had questions regarding the battery charging properly, and seller responded quickly. Overall, very happy with purchase and recommend this seller.
