When it did not arrive I contacted seller who cited some nonsense about black Friday delays and asked if I could wait intil Dec 12. When it did not arrive on Dec 12, I was given a new delivery datr od December 17. When it did not arrive seller refunded me. The auction lists a seller within the U.S., but subsequent contact was from China. When you bought it, it was just after Black Friday and Cyber Monday, and there were a lot of orders. FedEx also replied that there might be delays. You asked for a refund, and I did refund you. If the item is finally delivered to you, I can give it to you as a gift. It is not that I will not deliver it to you. It is indeed December that is the peak sales season. After December, it will be completely back to normal.

We were told to keep the trailer and will donate it to a local animal rescue on the islands of Bocas Del Toro Panama. Mistakes happen. It is always a pleasant surprise when companies are so quick to fix an error. The pet carrier is excellent and has already transported 2 rescues using our custom built trailer.
