    Ebay Authenticator stated it had aftermarket parts, and they would not issue an Authentic card with the aftermarket parts. I asked seller if he would change the parts to original. Seller offered $200 for me to keep it or for me to send it back. After a couple more attempts to find a solution, the seller stopped responding. Highly disappointed with seller.

    We were unaware of a crystal being aftermarket. We offered to change the crystal for you, we offered you credit, we communicated and then you decided to return the sale. I'm not sure what else we could have done. Regardless, you deserved the right parts, the right watch, and the Ebay authentication along with it. We understood that, and agreed with your position. However your review seems to not reflect our efforts fairly, this is all unfortunate.
