The retainers that hold the bikes in place are not made square to match the square tube hence they don't slide up and down. I had to rubber mallet them on and off. After some prying and custom fabrication I got them to slide.

I fit both bikes and I cut off most of the extra box tube. It is now lighter and stronger. Some velcro straps to secure the wheels and you are golden.

The item was new, it’s not 5ft as described “ it’s 4’2” actually. I’m satisfied with product
