I was very lucky to catch that the item was broken before it shipped, and requested the order be canceled. The seller then called me a clown before sending me a refund, and insinuated that I should have asked if it was broken before purchasing it. Just for the record, it's the seller's responsibility to create an accurate item description. If it's broken, then you have state that fact.
