The add said it was new unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging. If it is in unopened box how is it so badly damaged it can't be sent. I know how good Blackstone pkgs their stuff. This has been happening more often on ebay. Sellers putting stuff up for sale then making an excuse not to send it and refunding. I have no trust in sellers who do this.
