    The seller stated it was new ink. When I received the package the ink was all over the machine and ruined. The machine was busted. I messaged the seller and she stated she would send me brand new ink. She never did and when I messaged her again she stopped responding. This was supposed to be covered under eBay’s guarantee but they were not helpful either. I spent $350 on an item that I can’t even tell if it works. Very negative experience. Would not buy from the seller again. Beware.
