After a couple months I decided to give them another chance and I am happy I did this is high quality for the price. Great value.It is brand new and shave my arm sharp. It is beautiful. Exceptional craftsmanship especially for a mass production. I’m glad I gave them a second chance.

I did contact the seller about the shipping damage (again, aware it is not their fault and called this out) and their response was very quick and helpful.
