When I had trouble connecting the steering wheel controls, their technical support team was outstanding—knowledgeable and quick to help me resolve the issue. It was my fault as I didn’t plug a harness in. My only suggestion for improvement would be better labeling on the wiring harness to make installation even more straightforward. Overall satisfied!
