I've caught a cat, opossum prior to a adult raccoon. Raccoons are big and strong, they can grip with their front paws and the headbutt things to escape. The door isn't sturdy enough at the top , the raccoon was able to to pull the top of the door enough to escape. There's enough play in the door it can be shifted and bent. A bit flimsy for an animal that fights hard to escape.
