I am using it to help with hip surgery recovery. But it is not really for someone seeking a really high fashion piece. The massage works fairly well and the chair reclines easily , it is worth the price but appearance is lacking, it arrived in new condition. I would not recommend it for tall people over 6' or people over 200 lbs. it's for smaller people. Service was great from FlexiSpot, I recommend them.
