As with most of these panels, the "30W" figure quoted by the seller is meaningless. The documentation with the panel quotes a "max" current of .4A - I got .25A into a short circuit under bright mid-morning sun, and about .2A into a 12-volt car battery. That's maybe 3 watts of delivered power. You might get 30 watts under noon-day Sahara sun with a bunch of reflectors focused on it?
