    The item was as described. I got a great value for the price I paid. Truly, the item was worth way more than the asking price. It was packaged nice and snug in the box. Shipping was a joke, but that was not the sellers fault. They actually shipped the item right away. It made it to CA. In two days, but Fed Ex in CA. Is a joke. It took over 2 weeks to travel a little over 200 miles in CA. Again, this was Fed Ex fault, not the sellers. I was happy with the item and would buy from the seller again.

Was shipped in a large box with plenty of protection and padding. The game contained all items and pieces that would come with the game under normal circumstances. If you want a collector's piece, the damaged box may not be for you, but if you just want a chance to own the new Hero Quest and play a fun game, this seller offers you more than your money's worth.

    Arctis 61427 Headphones

    For $30 shipped, these were a deal. These are my first official gaming headphones and they work well. I had to play around with my Windows and Discord settings along with the game volume settings to make everything work in sync with each other. After the first week, I did get a low-tone 'hum' in the left earpiece but after unplugging and reconnecting the cable everything has been good so far.

    Microphone won't work!

    For some reason when I got the package it look good but when I put them on the sound was very nice, but the microphone did not want to work I tried everything but could not get it to work is there any way I can fix that?

    Great headphones

    Only problem is I can't use mic bc my laptop only has a headphone jack but stared is headphone and mic capable. I'll just have to figure out how to make it work with the mic. Overall great product.
