I was given bad information about the part number I needed and the seller should’ve been more familiar with what they are selling. Charged $1.99 shipping and it was going to cost me another $1.99 to return it. Claimed to have tried to help but obviously it was just a way to lead me on. Poor customer service. Customer purchased from us based on Number he was given by dealer. After receiving part realized They were given wrong Number By his dealer. After sending drawings and Photos to help this buyer find the correct Part He gives us negative mark because DEALER gave him wrong number . He says Poor Customer service ? I spent over an Hour trying to assist even If we didn't benefit ! All you were doing was playing heads games and then making claims how helpful you were. Truth is, wasn’t very helpful and not very good customer service. It was a dealership that was able to get the correct item.
