It’s new, just like advertised. The price was good, and the shipping was pretty quick. Now to my surprise, it came with mounting bolts too. They were grade 5, but I had already bought new grade 8 bolts and washers. I would recommend this hitch as a good replacement for your old one. Having a second person to help with the installation would help. I did it by myself. I’m 62 years old.
