It was easy and only took maybe 15 minutes. Directions were easy to understand. As soon as I put the house by him, he went straight in and didn't come back out lol. My dog is a medium sized pitt and he loves it. I'm glad I bought it.

Overall, it will do for a couple of years hopefully. Shipping was fast and it was well packed and not missing any parts. It does have a strong odor so be prepared to let it air out for a week.
