    Zero Communication. No response to any questions, or attempts at communication. Good Price. Reasonable packing. Heavy book, so shipping was probably spot on. Has a "Best Offer" button, but has a flat denial up to $1 below asking price. So, I'd not shop their closet, but if you know you need the item, they're OK. Frustrating though.

    Hi there. I was so surprised to see this, and we have since communicated , and clarified that no messages were received or logged despite the buyer having sent several! Sorry this happened and it seems to be an ebay platform “ glitch”. I would never ignore messages from buyers and it is unfortunate that this happened.

    Although the above is all true, I blame Ebay that the seller did not receive the "contact seller" message I sent b/c shipping to my address sometimes requires extra packaging; or that they did not receive my "make offer" bids, or the notes sent along with them. There may be a problem hidden in settings, or a glitch, but the seller certainly was communicative (we messaged all day) once she KNEW about the problem, which she didn't have to as the transaction was already completed in her favor.
