Fact of the matter they probably just installed it wrong. It’s quiet, looks good, easy to assemble, and best bang for your buck. Believe me. I rock this in my 30 gallon tank and the water is crystal clear, this fish are happy. It showed up in great condition and didn’t take too long to ship. Overall I am very pleased with what I got. I just had to modify my lid slightly.
