    Shipped fast, looks clean. You don’t even need to open it, came loaded with media just slap on hoses and go. I put this on a 75 would use 2 on a heavily stocked tank, or bigger tank. Can’t hate on it for the price though.

    i gave it 5 stars because of value for price.. I bought this to replace a very old Fluval 405. I would say the flow rate APPEARS to be on par with the 405. The cost to repair my Fluval was greater than the cost of this new filter. The construction quality is not the same as the Fluval at almost 3 times the price but it is pretty good for the price. The intake and outflow hoses and nozzles are simple but customizable. I do wish the hoses were longer. VERY QUIET operation.

    I’m truly impressed with this canister filter! It’s very well made, everything arrived in great shape, and it runs properly. I also removed the UV cover to check that the bulb is working, and it is. The filter came with all the sponges for each level, bio balls, and what I believe is ceramic media. It also included an additional UV quartz enclosure, just in case you need it down the road. Five stars!
