They seemed carefully packaged, on a card in a little plastic envelope, then tightly bound in bubble wrap. But both pearls had detached, each moving around in the little envelope before it was even opened! I reattached the pearls to the posts with "Krazy Glue," which worked, but blistered the finish of the pearls a bit, underneath. I'M NOT ASKING FOR REPLACEMENT. But you need to know that they ARRIVED broken, I believe not your fault! Best wishes.
