    Item listed as new, but damage to left innersole at and near heel; likely from rough cardboard inserts from factory removed by seller and not included for shipment; in fact, shoes shipped loose inside large shoebox; shoes scuffed from constant movement inside box; a lot of black shoe polish on inside of box; very poor shipping quality; will give positive feedback simply because item was "new", bottom of soles clean, unmarked; seller must do better with shipping; protect the product in transit!
