    Item was delivered in Amazon packaging with an Amazon tracking number (TBA...). The seller put into eBay an OnTrac tracking number different from the tracking number on the package, which I find disconcerting. I left negative feedback. The seller requested I revise my feedback. I used eBay to avoid giving money to Amazon. My money went to Amazon, and for that, I had a negative experience.

    our warehouse was completely destroyed by fire and we needed to get your product to you as soon as possible, so we used Amazon to get it to you as soon as possible. No matter what the problem, we never do injustice to our customers, & you can confirm this by looking at our feedback. Even though we suffered a financial loss, we brought the product from Amazon for you. But you were not kind enough to remove the negative feedback for us. We are disappointed in you for that.
