      There for emergencies

      I bought these cleat covers to carry in my kit just in case I had a breakdown out in the boonies and needed to walk out my bike. I didn't want to try and walk on the SPD-SL (SM-SH11) cleats. These covers snap over the cleats and provide better traction. You won't be running with these but at least you can tip toe your way back to civilization. Well made and appear to be rugged enough to do the job should the need arise.
