    I have very positive communication from the seller and was happy with that part of the service provided. The product itself has flaws, including the lock and key not fitting and the flimsy nature of the extended arm. I decided to keep the product instead of returning because it would cost more to return it, but the seller was very accommodating in offering me a refund had I sent it back.
