They gave me a 20 dollar credit in a future order instead of refunding shipping. When I buy a new item and it comes broken, you have failed in your end of the bargain. I wouldn't pay 50% for a broken model. You received a $20 refund from us. Was it just a credit for future purchases? Refund half of the cost to you, which is simply incredible.Sorry.

My only complaint was that portions of this miniature were broken on arrival. This was pretty much an unavoidable risk. The package was well packed and super secure. Despite this, I was easily able to correct/fix the problems.
